• Manage a strategic portfolio of named accounts comprising leading global companies.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of named enterprise clients within both process and discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Spearhead consultative sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast in Salesforce and consistently achieve your targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive pilots and finalize contracts.
• Over 7 years of experience carrying an enterprise quota in areas such as industrial software, manufacturing analytics, MES, SPC, quality systems, or related process-industry technologies.
• Proven experience selling to operational and quality decision-makers, including plant managers, VPs of Manufacturing, Quality Directors, CIOs, and process engineers.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas by 1.5 times or more within multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Ability to sell based on business value rather than just features.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage (Salesforce), integrity in forecasting, and a commitment to avoiding optimistic pipeline projections.
• Bonus: Background in selling to sectors such as chemical/oil & gas, life sciences, or food & beverage manufacturing.
