• Oversee a designated geographic area (New York Metro region) consisting of 20–40 enterprise accounts, responsible for both renewals and opportunities for expansion/cross-selling.
• Create and maintain 4x pipeline coverage through targeted prospecting, multi-threaded executive engagement, and field events; utilize partners to enhance—rather than initiate—pipeline.
• Spearhead Command of the Message sales cycles valued between $250K and $1M+, with typical sales cycles lasting 6–9 months and global pursuits extending beyond 12 months.
• Implement MEDDPICC rigorously from the initial contact through to closing—validating metrics, paperwork processes, and mutual success plans at each stage.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and board members, transforming risk-reduction discussions into multi-year platform agreements.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive sponsors and critical stakeholders to highlight business value, secure renewals, enhance adoption, and pinpoint cross-sell prospects.
• Broaden Absolute’s connections within each customer organization—establishing multi-threaded relationships across IT, Security, Compliance, Procurement, and Line-of-Business leaders to foster larger, longer-term platform commitments.
• Guide cross-functional pursuit teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, Channel) while remaining the primary point of contact from discovery to signature.
• Consistently achieve or surpass renewal and expansion objectives as well as new logo ARR targets, unlocking uncapped accelerators and earning President’s Club recognition.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales with a record of consistent overachievement.
• Proven capability to manage $250K–$1M+ ARR deals characterized by lengthy, complex sales cycles.
• Strong proficiency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
• Established history of driving renewals, expanding accounts, and finalizing multi-year agreements.
• Discipline in pipeline development, sales process execution, and accurate forecasting.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
