This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth of the gig economy sector by identifying and engaging with rideshare platforms, delivery services, freelance marketplaces, workforce platforms, home service marketplaces, and other gig economy enterprises.
• Take ownership of the sales process by leading meetings, fostering relationships, coordinating SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders in fraud, risk, trust & safety, operations, compliance, identity, worker onboarding, platform integrity, and executive roles.
• Navigate through complex organizations to connect with decision-makers and establish champions among prospects and partners.
• Continue to enhance value for our partners after closing by managing relationships and ensuring their success with our solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to promote customer outcomes and market growth.
• Remain informed on emerging fraud trends, identity risks, account sharing issues, worker verification challenges, synthetic identities, and platform safety concerns affecting gig economy businesses.
• Represent SentiLink in alignment with our corporate values consistently.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on selling technical or data-driven solutions to gig economy, workforce technology, marketplaces, digital platforms, or financial services sectors.
• Track record of success in selling data solutions to complex enterprise organizations using a top-down, multi-stakeholder sales approach.
• Preferred experience in selling to teams involved in fraud, risk, trust & safety, compliance, operations, platform integrity, or identity.
• Strong knowledge of worker onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, trust & safety, account security, platform integrity, or compliance workflows is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to win and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in credit risk, fraud, or other analytical areas within financial services is advantageous.
• An established network within identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, trust & safety, compliance, or platform operations teams is a plus.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and must reside in the United States.
