
Enterprise Account Executive – Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate the potential of the territory and formulate a sales strategy to optimize UiPath revenue within Financial Services accounts.
• Meet established sales targets and objectives within quarterly timelines.
• Advocate for the UiPath brand by showcasing, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions using a value-selling methodology.
• Inform customers about how UiPath can enhance efficiency, lower operational costs, strengthen controls, and facilitate digital transformation.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships throughout the territory.
• Forge trusted partnerships with local collaborators and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to guarantee that customers derive maximum value and that their issues are resolved promptly.
• Keep a close watch on industry competitors, emerging products, regulatory changes, and market conditions to better understand customer requirements.
• Work closely with sales executives and cross-functional teams to share insights and best practices.
• Investigate methods to integrate automation into daily tasks and financial services workflows.
• Over 8 years of experience in solution/value selling.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise account sales targeting Financial Services customers is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence.
• Skill in translating intricate AI and automation concepts into business results such as cost savings, enhanced controls, expedited processing, risk reduction, and improved customer experience.
• Knowledge of financial services priorities including regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, KYC/AML, audit readiness, operational resilience, and back-office transformation.
• Capacity to convey new and complex ideas in a clear manner that generates strong demand for the solution.
• Track record of achieving year-over-year quota and growing an enterprise client portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in consistently acquiring new business and securing new clients.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and influence both internally and externally.
• Proficient in navigating complex client organizations and establishing critical relationships across various departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite.
• Capability to provide insightful recommendations for enhancing customers’ business operations.
• A research and data-driven approach to account planning, with the ability to proactively spot opportunities from business-led conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States or Canada for this position.
