• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executives in finance, operations, technology, and transformation sectors.
• Inform prospects on how Kognitos leverages AI and natural language automation to enhance enterprise workflows.
• Recognize high-value automation opportunities within financial institutions.
• Engage in discussions about technical, compliance, and security matters with enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with solutions engineering and product teams during evaluations and pilot projects.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
• Offer insights on messaging, positioning, and product-market fit within the financial services sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven experience selling to financial services organizations, including banking, fintech, insurance, or investment firms.
• A background in selling AI, automation, workflow, infrastructure, data, or enterprise platform solutions.
• A demonstrated record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
• Excellent consultative and executive communication skills.
• Capability to convert technical features into tangible business outcomes.
• Comfort in a dynamic startup environment.
• Nice to Have: Established relationships within financial services organizations, experience selling AI copilots, automation platforms, RPA, or workflow transformation tools, familiarity with enterprise AI adoption challenges including governance, compliance, and security, prior experience in startup or founding sales, and technical proficiency regarding APIs, LLMs, or enterprise systems.
