This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet sales objectives.
• Engage relevant stakeholders for meetings, organizing customers in a group setting, and assist in establishing a foundation for customer business cases.
• Showcase and distinctly differentiate the product from competitors by emphasizing our clear and compelling value proposition.
• Anticipate and achieve significant revenue targets while meeting the assigned sales volume.
• Discover new business opportunities and follow up on identified prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance lead generation and awareness.
• Maintain comprehensive reports in the CRM system regarding sales activities, including calls, meetings, demonstrations, sales, lost business, and any interactions with customers or prospects.
• Engage with customers and leads to identify their challenges; propose solutions tailored to their needs.
• Organize demonstrations of product functions and utilities based on customer requirements.
• Provide regular territory sales plans.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with the Federal Government, including at least 2 years in a complex solution sales process or Enterprise software sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven success in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and generating new business.
• Experience in information systems and IT infrastructure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Specific experience selling to the Federal Government is essential.
• Familiarity with the Federal Government contracting processes.
• Experience selling to organizations with over 5,000 employees.
• Demonstrated creativity and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to build enduring professional relationships with clients.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and self-managed.
