This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategically drive growth for Lucid’s largest clients in the EMEA region.
• Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the features, advantages, and applications of Lucid's comprehensive collaboration suite.
• Analyze the competitive landscape specific to the assigned EMEA territory.
• Lead outbound lead generation efforts and pinpoint new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Generate and finalize new business pipelines across various segments and industries through engagement strategies such as cold calling, emailing, demonstrations, negotiations, and company marketing initiatives.
• Provide valuable market insights to product and marketing teams.
• Efficiently manage a portfolio of accounts, creating accurate forecasts and collaborating with management to convert open pipeline opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Innovate strategies to enter new markets, verticals, and target personas.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
• Over 5 years of sales experience (in roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, or equivalent) within the SaaS/software sector. Experience in Product-Led Growth is preferred.
• Extensive experience working with Enterprise-Grade clients, successfully navigating complex sales processes.
• Proven ability to manage intricate sales cycles involving internal stakeholders (including Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers).
• Established history of success in team-based selling and orchestrating strategic resources.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluent in English.
