• Drive strategic growth for Lucid’s largest clients in the EMEA region.
• Cultivate and retain in-depth knowledge of the features, advantages, and applications of Lucid's comprehensive collaboration suite.
• Analyze the competitive landscape specific to the assigned EMEA territory.
• Lead outbound lead generation efforts and pinpoint new opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Generate and finalize new business pipeline across various segments and verticals through client interactions, which include cold calling, emailing, product demonstrations, negotiations, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide market insights to the product and marketing teams.
• Efficiently manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering accurate forecasts, and collaborating with management to close open pipeline opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Exhibit creativity in entering new markets, verticals, and identifying target personas.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (in roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar) within the SaaS/software sector; experience with Product-Led Growth is preferred.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Enterprise-Grade clients and successfully managing complex sales processes.
• Proficient in project managing intricate sales cycles with internal stakeholders (including Business Development, Customer Success Management, and Solution Engineers).
• Proven success in team-based selling and the orchestration of strategic resources.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
