This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and implement a comprehensive territory ecosystem strategy to pinpoint high-value enterprise targets and secure a dominant share of the regional market.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle for complex, multi-year enterprise agreements, effectively engaging procurement, legal, and technical gatekeepers.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with C-suite executives to align Cupix’s spatial intelligence with their long-term digital transformation objectives.
• Gain mastery of the Cupix value proposition to perform impactful product demonstrations and ROI analyses that illustrate the costs of inaction compared to adopting digital twin technology.
• Actively seek new business opportunities through a combination of cold outreach, social selling, and utilizing industry networks to maintain a coverage of 3x-4x your sales quota.
• Propel "land and expand" initiatives within existing accounts, identifying new project sites or departments to enhance Cupix adoption across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to power-user and to relay "voice of the customer" feedback to the product team.
• Uphold strict CRM practices in Salesforce, delivering precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to global leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on EMEA-specific construction trends, regulatory standards, and competitive landscapes to position Cupix as the leading market solution.
• Foster a network of brand ambassadors within your territory to generate high-quality referrals, case studies, and industry testimonials.
• Over 7 years of demonstrated success in B2B software sales, preferably within the architectural design, construction, facility management, or 3D reality capture sectors.
• Proficiency in English and the local language of your territory is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Capability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level within an organization.
• Experience in high-growth startups is a notable advantage.
• Strong skills in pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Highly organized, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks.
• A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for addressing the unique challenges of the built environment.
• **Preferred Skills:**
• Familiarity with construction technology, particularly BIM.
• Understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
