This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Superhuman Docs sales strategy for your designated enterprise accounts, driving both initial and expansion revenue against a specified quota.
• Collaborate with ATU Enterprise Account Executives to pinpoint Superhuman Docs opportunities within their portfolios, offering product expertise and steering the Superhuman Docs-specific sales process.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through a mix of inbound leads, referrals sourced from ATU, and personal prospecting efforts.
• Conduct in-depth consultative discovery sessions with VP and C-Suite stakeholders to align Superhuman Docs’s features with intricate business challenges across various business lines.
• Attain deep product knowledge of Superhuman Docs to create and showcase customized solutions for enterprise accounts.
• Navigate intricate deal cycles involving IT, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers to facilitate pre-sale evaluations, enhance user adoption, and promote expansion.
• Ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting data is maintained in Salesforce, aligning with the ATU/STU account team structure.
• Contribute to the Superhuman Docs team’s go-to-market playbook by sharing successful strategies, account insights, and product knowledge.
• Possesses 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven history of achieving quotas in a land-and-expand or expansion-focused sales environment.
• Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (for accounts with over 1,000 employees), including engagement with IT, procurement, and C-Suite executives.
• Demonstrates the ability to sell a technical or platform product by creating and presenting tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
• Comfortable operating within a matrixed selling environment, influencing without direct authority while working alongside ATU AEs, SEs, CSMs, and BDRs.
• Skilled in multi-threading within enterprise accounts to foster relationships across various business lines and identify expansion opportunities.
• Familiarity with horizontal SaaS tools (such as work management, collaboration, and productivity platforms) is highly preferred; genuine interest in or experience with Superhuman Docs is a bonus.
• Proficient in consultative discovery methods to link product capabilities to quantifiable business results.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and forecasting; proficiency in Salesforce is essential.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively managing tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzing and executing work efficiently, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and thriving in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
