Enterprise Account Executive – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive customer acquisition initiatives in the DACH region.

• Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.

• Create and cultivate your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and business development efforts.

• Facilitate discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and development of long-term partnerships.

• Maintain precise management of the sales pipeline and conduct accurate sales forecasting.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings throughout the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a comparable B2B technology sales setting.

• A proven history of managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing enterprise-level deals.

• Extensive experience in new business development and outbound prospecting.

• Demonstrated capability to generate a substantial portion of your own pipeline.

• Experience in selling to enterprise and upper mid-market organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in German and possess professional communication skills in English.

• Experience working within the DACH market, with a particular focus on Germany.

• Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
