Enterprise Account Executive, Central US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution.

• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders such as Operations leaders, Plant Managers, IT leadership, and Digital Transformation teams.

• Develop and implement a territory strategy for the Central US region aimed at driving pipeline growth and surpassing revenue targets.

• Identify and secure new enterprise manufacturing clients while enhancing opportunities within established accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to provide customized customer solutions and demonstrations.

• Articulate the operational and financial benefits of TrakSYS through ROI-driven, consultative selling approaches.

• Ensure precise forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline activities are maintained within Salesforce.

• Represent Parsec at manufacturing trade shows, customer events, and industry networking functions throughout the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of demonstrated success in B2B software sales, ideally in manufacturing technology, MES, industrial automation, ERP, IIoT, or similar industrial software sectors.

• Experience in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholder groups.

• Strong grasp of manufacturing operations and digital transformation strategies within industrial settings.

• Proven success in generating pipeline and closing new business opportunities.

• Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales methodologies, such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, or comparable frameworks.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.
