This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Business Development Director (BDD) will take charge of creating and implementing a go-to-market strategy aimed at expanding Teton’s influence within Senior Living & Skilled Nursing Operators.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting and attending industry events to managing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders until closure.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring precise forecasting and CRM updates, while consistently striving to surpass targets.
• Work in close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence Teton’s commercial strategy in the United States.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, preferably within the healthcare sector or another similarly complex, regulated industry.
• Proven history of surpassing million-dollar new business quotas, with experience in closing high six-figure ACV deals and navigating long sales cycles.
• A proactive hunter mentality combined with strong consultative selling abilities, capable of generating leads and engaging senior stakeholders in intricate transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
