This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage a strategic territory of enterprise accounts, focusing on existing clients with potential for growth and key targets that lack prior engagement.
• Work in tandem with an Enterprise SDR to execute coordinated outbound initiatives.
• Actively travel to strengthen relationships, participate in industry events, and connect with key stakeholders.
• Maintain precise pipeline forecasts and provide regular updates to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
• Lead the entire enterprise sales process by developing and implementing a multi-faceted engagement strategy across various roles (users, influencers, decision-makers, executives).
• Ensure executive-level engagement and adeptly navigate complex organizational structures.
• Customize messaging and demonstrations for a variety of personas, including CIOs, advisors, and operations leaders.
• Guide deals through internal buying committees, which may include IT, compliance, and legal teams.
• Design and present tailored ROI-focused proposals that align with strategic objectives.
• Oversee extended, multi-stage sales cycles that involve pilots, proof-of-concept phases, and procurement processes.
• Anticipate and address typical enterprise objections, such as integration, cost, and procurement challenges.
• 3–5+ years of proven success in enterprise SaaS or fintech sales; experience in WealthTech or financial services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter who effectively generates pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Proficient in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles that involve numerous stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proven capacity to forge strong relationships with outstanding executive presence, confidently engaging at all levels within an organization.
• Employs a strategic and consultative selling approach, with the skill to craft personalized business cases that align product value with client objectives.
• Highly inquisitive, energetic, and collaborative—driven by results and motivated by team achievements.
• Familiarity with investment workflows, portfolio construction, and RIA tech stacks is advantageous.
