This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Enterprise Sales Cycles: Guide opportunities from initial prospecting to closing, engaging with multiple stakeholders, managing extended sales cycles, and negotiating enterprise contracts.
• Develop the GTM Playbook: Assist in defining our messaging, sales methodology, and customer engagement strategy as we continue to expand.
• Shape the Product Roadmap: Serve as the representative voice of prospects, customers, and partners back to Product, Engineering, and Operations. Your field conversations should influence our roadmap.
• Represent Vega: Attend industry conferences, executive seminars, client meetings, and key associations as a credible, senior representative of the company.
• Cultivate Future Success: Create playbooks and mentorship programs that transform your individual achievements into a scalable growth engine as the team develops.
• Over 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales expertise: You have consistently secured complex B2B deals, managed lengthy sales cycles, and are adept at navigating multiple stakeholders to finalize deals.
• A builder's mindset: You are enthusiastic about the chance to contribute to a company's growth. Whether it's refining sales processes, enhancing messaging, or sharing effective strategies, you enjoy engaging beyond your sales pipeline.
• Inquisitive about the industry: You have a keen interest in how technology is transforming the claims space and enjoy helping customers comprehend the real business impact of innovative solutions.
