• Identify and secure opportunities through self-sourcing, BDR-generated leads, and inbound channels.
• Articulate Superside’s value proposition to enterprise clients, effectively distinguishing us from conventional integrated agencies.
• Oversee intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders from both internal teams and customers.
• Ensure an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and Clari.
• Collaborate with BDRs and Field/ABM Marketing to enhance pipeline through outbound initiatives and in-person events.
• Work closely with our Enterprise Solutions team to perform in-depth discovery and create customized creative solutions.
• Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Stay informed about competitive landscapes, industry trends, and the ongoing evolution of Superside’s offerings.
• Extensive experience in enterprise field sales of creative services, AI solutions, or SaaS to marketing and creative teams.
• Strong skills in discovery, deal preparation, and sales documentation.
• Proven ability to build and convert a self-sourced pipeline.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and communication skills at the executive level.
• Capability to create and deliver impactful, high-quality presentations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for design and the future of creative work.
• Self-driven, with a disciplined and results-focused approach to surpassing targets.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a mindset oriented towards growth.
