• Acquire and develop new logo accounts while treating the existing customer base as new logos to stimulate additional ARR growth within the account. Expand current use cases and introduce new opportunities to existing buying centers.
• Assess and quantify the business value of our current use cases and proactively promote them to new buying centers within each client.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for new, incremental, and renewal business within the designated territory.
• Demonstrate operational efficiency and accurate forecasting to operate a best-in-class business.
• Up to 50% travel within the market to build relationships. Ability to nurture and develop relationships into referenceable advocates.
• Provide timely and insightful feedback to various corporate functions, especially engineering, product management, and marketing.
• A minimum of 7+ years of overall IT sales experience and at least 5+ years of consistent quota overachievement in selling software to enterprise-level clients.
• Ideally, experience in selling on-demand/SaaS Security or IT Infrastructure Management solutions to both technical and business audiences (IT Heads / DevOps / Security Operations, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. We seek storytellers who can simplify complex concepts for economic buyers and executives.
• Strong Sales DNA and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC are highly preferred.
• High activity levels with a fast-paced mindset to excel in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
