This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a greenfield enterprise territory in the US from the outset, developing your pipeline from the ground up without an existing book of business.
• Secure net new enterprise logos within the ACV range of $80K to $250K, targeting organizations with 2,500 to 5,000 employees throughout your designated territory.
• Manage full-cycle, multi-threaded deals involving buying committees that include CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Compliance — moving beyond a single-contact approach.
• Create and maintain a focused account list of under 100 accounts, prioritizing the top 40 to 50 using a replicable system rather than relying solely on volume-based outreach.
• Play a direct role in defining the enterprise sales strategy at Sprinto in the US — your successes, failures, and insights will shape the playbook.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and SDRs to provide the right support for deals at the appropriate time while maintaining control over the relationship and closing process.
• Forecast with precision and accuracy, managing a pipeline that reflects actual conditions rather than optimistic projections.
• Experience at a challenger brand in cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or security-adjacent SaaS — a setting where the brand didn’t open doors for you, requiring you to build a pipeline through outbound efforts and authentic buyer relationships.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing a quota of $1M or more as an individual contributor, sustained over at least two consecutive years.
• Background in selling technical products to CISO, VP Engineering, or CTO buyers, with the capability to engage in credible discussions regarding security workflows and compliance needs without relying heavily on a pre-sales engineer.
• A systematic approach to account prioritization — you can clearly articulate how you determine which accounts to pursue, the order of pursuit, and the rationale behind your choices.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a true eagerness for a blank canvas — you have successfully built from scratch before and thrive in that type of environment.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management methodologies applied consistently.
