This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement the enterprise sales strategy within a specified territory, which includes planning for named accounts and developing an outbound pipeline.
• Interact with C-level executives and essential stakeholders at major lending institutions to comprehend their business objectives and connect them with Snapdocs' solutions.
• Manage full-cycle enterprise deals from initial contact to closure, which includes contracts in the six-figure range.
• Utilize MEDDPICC across your pipeline—methodically mapping metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and the paper process. We expect you to fully integrate this framework into your work rather than merely reference it.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each target account: their digital transformation objectives, organizational structure, existing technology, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create deal-specific value propositions and oversee execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to lending leaders navigating digital transformation, covering aspects from RON adoption to eClosing implementation.
• Remain updated on e-closing and mortgage technology advancements to maintain credibility in every discussion.
• Actively seek coaching, share pipeline insights with leadership, and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.
• 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating a successful track record in hunting, closing, and expanding Fortune 5000 accounts.
• Profound fluency in MEDDPICC, employing it to manage your deals, oversee your pipeline, and critically evaluate your own strategies. We will explore this thoroughly during the interview process.
• Experience in selling within financial services, mortgage, or lending sectors is advantageous.
• Consistently meeting quotas and achieving top-ranking results in previous positions.
• Strong discipline in account planning and pipeline management, supported by CRM practices you would be confident presenting to your manager today.
• Accurate forecasting abilities—you understand the distinction between pipeline figures and genuine projections.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where the product roadmap is still evolving, and the deals you close influence company strategy.
• Naturally collaborative—you know how to engage internal resources without losing control of a deal.
