This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of prospects in the Life Sciences sector while overseeing the complete sales cycle — from initial qualification to contracting — within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, CDMO, and clinical supply accounts.
• Propel growth within the Life Sciences domain, targeting Fortune 500 companies and high-growth emerging Pharma/Biotech prospects, including cold-chain, cell & gene therapy, and clinical trial supply applications.
• Foster executive relationships across Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Clinical Operations, Serialization, and IT stakeholders to promote value-driven adoption of the Overhaul platform and its evolving product suite.
• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert in the Life Sciences supply chain — comprehending GxP/GDP requirements, cold-chain logistics, clinical supply workflows, and the competitive landscape — to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present persuasive sales pitches and software demonstrations that align Overhaul's solutions and value proposition with specific Life Sciences business needs, regulatory requirements, and patient safety outcomes.
• Accurately project annual and quarterly sales by showcasing a comprehensive understanding of Life Sciences procurement, validation (CSV/CSA), and vendor qualification processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay the voice of the Life Sciences customer back into the organization and influence go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS and/or Logistics sales targeting Life Sciences accounts (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, CDMO, Clinical Supply, or similar).
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure ARR deals involving complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and frameworks such as GxP, GDP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, with the ability to engage credibly with Quality and Compliance buyers.
• Knowledge of cold-chain logistics, temperature-controlled distribution, and/or considerations related to clinical trial supply.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, complemented by strong business acumen and intuition.
• Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A solid history of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Advanced negotiation and contract development skills, including familiarity with MSAs, DPAs, and validation/quality agreements common in the Life Sciences sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including attendance at industry events.
