This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for your designated territory within the F1000 framework.
• Conduct research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities with assistance from the Business Development team.
• Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects to consistently achieve or surpass revenue goals.
• Manage the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closing, which includes qualification, discovery, sales presentations, and demonstrations.
• Craft and deliver a persuasive case for change through storytelling and consultative discussions, enabling buyers to easily grasp the ROI and advantages of adopting our solutions.
• Foster relationships with various stakeholders and positively influence them during discovery discussions, product demonstrations, solution dialogues, and contract negotiations.
• Meet the quarterly and annual revenue objectives established by the company while effectively managing and documenting the pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your understanding of our industry, market trends, and competitors to gain a competitive edge in closing deals and driving revenue.
• Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert during client interactions, at industry and corporate events, and through community platforms and social media.
• Collaborate with Ontic's internal teams to ensure client value realization and achieve a 100% retention rate.
• Over five years of experience in full-cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, with a focus on selling software solutions within a complex enterprise sales context.
• Proven track record of sustained success, consistently surpassing six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Capability to navigate intricate organizational structures, lengthy sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
• Proactive hunter mentality skilled in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Strong intellectual curiosity to understand why buyers make purchases and how to utilize that knowledge effectively.
• Exceptional executive presence, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with a standard SaaS sales technology stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
