This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage with CISOs and CIOs to enhance opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
• Articulate nuHarbor’s strategic value through consultative, solution-oriented sales methodologies.
• Take ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, encompassing pipeline generation, acquisition, adoption, expansion, and the deepening of sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts, recognize trends, evaluate risks, and advance opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage relationships with software partners and collaborate to identify and create new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
• Lead intricate deals involving diverse stakeholders alongside Services and OEM channel partners.
• Partner with marketing on market messaging, campaign objectives, and targeted verticals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics to foster innovative customer solutions.
• Stay updated on current cybersecurity fundamentals and technical knowledge of products and services.
• Uphold nuHarbor’s corporate values: Help Clients Win, Always Improve, Protect the House.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; however, proven success and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least seven years of direct sales experience in the security sector, including information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Demonstrated capability to drive the sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including close planning, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
• Successful history of delivering revenue, margin, and quota targets through six-plus figure deals across both public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
• Expertise in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for various stakeholders.
• Capability to implement sales strategies and translate customer business requirements into effective plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations, engagements, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.
• Experience selling to public-sector organizations, higher education, essential services, or healthcare is advantageous.
• Experience with selling nuHarbor OEM partner solutions or complex cybersecurity, MSSP, or MSP services is a plus.
• Familiarity with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies is beneficial.
