Associate Account Executive – Advanced Healing, Hemostasis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products while converting competitive offerings in accordance with company policies and sales strategies.

• Assist the designated Area/Region with various sales-related initiatives.

• Acquire training to comprehend and effectively demonstrate the correct usage of products to healthcare professionals in surgical environments.

• Carry out the sales process in a professional, ethical, and efficient manner.

• Showcase the appropriate preparation and surgical application of Ethicon products.

• Deliver sales presentations utilizing contemporary selling techniques acquired through training programs.

• Provide case coverage and support surgeons with strategic platforms and product offerings during surgeries.

• Address customer inquiries regarding products and manage any objections.

• Adhere to safety standards and relevant company policies.

• Qualify for consideration for an Account Executive position following the successful fulfillment of responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 0 - 2 years of professional business experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed, which may include overnight and/or weekend trips.

• Flexibility to relocate to a designated area if required.

• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

• Capability to operate in a surgical environment.

• Proficiency in understanding and demonstrating the correct preparation and surgical application of Ethicon products.

• Skill in managing customer inquiries and addressing objections.

• Knowledge of products, procedures, and clinical practices.

• Adherence to the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other relevant Johnson & Johnson policies and protocols.
