This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and engage with CISOs and CIOs to optimize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
• Showcase nuHarbor’s strategic value through consultative and solutions-oriented sales approaches.
• Take ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, which includes pipeline generation, landing, adoption, expansion, and account deepening.
• Accurately forecast, identify trends, assess risks, and advance opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage relationships with software partners and leverage the ecosystem to create new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, margin, and quota targets.
• Lead intricate deals involving various stakeholders, including Services and OEM channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on market messaging, campaign objectives, and targeted verticals.
• Stay informed about market dynamics to devise innovative customer solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with current cybersecurity and technical knowledge of nuHarbor’s products and services.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, a proven track record and a minimum of two years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
• At least seven years of direct selling experience in the security sector, encompassing information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, including close planning, pipeline maintenance, and negotiation.
• Proven success in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
• A successful history of achieving revenue, margin, and quota targets through six-figure deals with both public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
• Expertise in positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to implement sales strategies and convert customer business requirements into effective plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, engagements, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Experience in public-sector sales is preferred.
• Experience selling nuHarbor OEM partner solutions, cybersecurity services, and MSSP/MSP services is preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies is preferred.
