This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of new business expansion within your designated territory.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy specifically for the North Central area.
• Actively pursue enterprise accounts to establish a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Recognize and address business challenges related to employee productivity, IT support, application usage, digital transformation, and AI preparedness.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executive leadership.
• Advocate for Nexthink’s value proposition and provide education on the Digital Experience (DEX) category.
• Work in partnership with Nexthink’s business development, marketing, channel, solution consulting, and professional services teams.
• Direct the discovery process, develop business cases, deliver executive presentations, align proof-of-concept efforts, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the evaluation and proof-of-concept stages.
• Cultivate trusted relationships that foster expansion opportunities and long-lasting customer value.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking goals.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales within a dynamic, competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting.
• A demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Background in selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT departments.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Disciplined in territory management, account strategy, pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and deal closure.
• Comfortable overseeing proof-of-concept initiatives and aligning technical validation with business value.
• Consultative sales methodology with proficiency in discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
