This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated account territory consisting of enterprise and strategic prospects, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies with substantial R&D investment profiles.
• Lead the entire enterprise sales process from prospecting and discovery through technical validation, champion development, legal/procurement, and closing.
• Create and implement multi-threaded account strategies involving stakeholders such as VP Tax, CFO, and VP Engineering/CTO simultaneously.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline that ensures consistent achievement of quarterly and annual quotas.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to grasp each prospect’s R&D investment profile, current study methodologies, Section 174 exposure, and key performance indicators.
• Clearly articulate Neo.Tax’s value proposition in terms relatable to the VP of Tax, Tax Director, and Engineering Leader, customizing the narrative to align with each stakeholder’s priorities.
• Navigate the intricate procurement, legal, and security review processes typical of large enterprise settings.
• Accurately forecast, build your pipeline, and uphold CRM hygiene to facilitate business planning and enhance leadership visibility.
• Act as a primary source of market intelligence, providing competitive insights, buyer objections, and ideal customer profile refinements back to product, marketing, and sales leadership.
• Assist in creating sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials as the team expands.
• Represent Neo.Tax at industry events, tax conferences, and partner forums.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven history of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $100K–$500K+ ARR range.
• Experience in selling to large enterprises or Fortune 2000 accounts, including managing procurement, legal, and security review processes.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage credibly with C-suite and VP-level buyers across Finance, Tax, and Engineering sectors.
• Disciplined in pipeline management and accurate forecasting — you maintain a clear process and can communicate the status and strategy for every deal.
• Self-motivated with a builder’s mindset — you thrive in a high-growth, early-stage environment that demands autonomy and creativity.
