This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Overseeing the comprehensive customer relationship, which includes daily customer interactions, renewals, and resolution of issues for designated accounts.
• Identifying and assessing potential Enterprise Solutions for clients.
• Collaborating with Enterprise subject matter experts throughout the sales cycle.
• Managing contract execution and the implementation of new Enterprise Solutions.
• Partnering with Enterprise stakeholders to evaluate and implement additional solutions.
• Ensuring customer validation of Return on Investment for both new and existing Enterprise Solutions.
• Preparing and delivering Quarterly Reviews to clients, detailing goals, initiatives, trends, financial impacts, value, and ROI.
• Maintaining a regular schedule for on-site meetings and documenting interactions within the CRM.
• Building and strengthening cross-departmental relationships within the IDN and/or Health System.
• Gaining insight into the decision-making process and engaging with all key stakeholders within the Health System.
• Achieving retention rates at or above the market Annual Operating Profit (AOP).
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• A proven history of customer retention, renewals, and growth.
• Financial Acumen: A clear and concise understanding of financial drivers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels, including presentation skills suited for C-level audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and its impact on IDN or Health Systems.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and resource management abilities.
• A strategic, innovative thinker with a track record of success in solving complex problems.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
