This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from generating your own pipeline to finalizing six-figure deals and managing enterprise clients.
• Create a detailed strategy for your territory, working alongside your SDR, marketing, and channel partners to optimize new customer acquisition and retention.
• Build strong relationships with technology and consulting partners, educating them on the benefits of Matillion to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams including product, marketing, and solution architecture, while maintaining a growth mindset by continually learning and applying new techniques to enhance your skills.
• You should possess a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience within a complex technology solution-selling environment. You have consistently met and surpassed $1M+ ARR quotas and have a history of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
• You are proficient in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling, and are adept at navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
• You have a demonstrated ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new clients, showcasing effective pipeline management.
• You can swiftly identify a customer's technical challenges and articulate a clear business value proposition for all organizational levels.
• You possess outstanding negotiation and closing skills with a consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
