📋 Description

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client acquisition, focusing on enterprise fleets with over 1,000 vehicles.

• Create territory strategies to boost the sales pipeline and achieve your sales objectives; assess and manage performance across your accounts.

• Design and implement initiatives to promote the Lytx brand with clients and ensure consistent revenue generation.

• Oversee and navigate strategic and intricate sales cycles that span 12 months or more.

• Evaluate, enhance, and finalize opportunities that foster both long-term revenue growth and client satisfaction.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to high-level decision-makers by actively nurturing relationships.

• Enhance client success and satisfaction by gaining a thorough understanding of their organizations and business goals.

• Provide guidance to team members that fosters a strong sales culture.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of successful consultative selling experience, including 3 to 5 years in enterprise-level sales.

• Demonstrated experience in leading the complete sales decision cycle (return on investment, organizational change, partner/leadership selling) for enterprise transactions.

• Proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, including VP and C-level executives.

• Capability to collaborate across functions, fostering relationships to consistently achieve quotas and goals.

• Proficient in articulating complex technical and business concepts in formal presentations at various organizational levels.

• Skillful in converting interested prospects into clients by strategically addressing and solving issues in multifaceted scenarios using analytical abilities, creativity, and judgment.

• Adaptability to shift between a variety of tasks as needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, if required.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
