This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engages in strategic account management by crafting and implementing account plans to meet sales objectives, uncover growth potential, and enhance the company’s presence within current accounts.
• Fosters robust relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport across all levels of the client’s organization.
• Recognizes and actively seeks new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, frequently involving the pursuit of new leads and prospects.
• Discovers new opportunities by spearheading the sales process from initial exploration to closing, managing intricate negotiations while ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty by facilitating successful implementation and adoption of solutions and addressing any concerns or issues that may surface.
• Generates revenue by meeting or surpassing sales targets, fostering pipeline growth, and optimizing revenue within designated accounts.
• Collaborates effectively with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure coherence and deliver a unified customer experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in national and enterprise sales, with a demonstrated history of surpassing targets and managing complex deals.
• Experience in consultative selling with a strong capability to comprehend customer needs, create tailored solutions, and present compelling value propositions.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships with executives and other key stakeholders, coupled with a high degree of professionalism.
• Profound understanding of the telecommunications sector relevant to the enterprise account director's role, encompassing trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in essential software and tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Significant experience in influencing and directing the efforts of others.
• Solid experience with computer applications and software, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
