This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers, understanding their needs and showcasing how our products can effectively address real challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborating with sales engineers and product specialists to illustrate tangible value.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to educate customers and influence discussions regarding GenAI adoption.
• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships and assist in post-sale success in collaboration with our deployment and support teams.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms while working with legal teams to review and revise contracts.
• Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to guide future roadmaps and enhance user experiences.
• Contribute to the definition and refinement of our sales playbook—your insights will help shape our market entry strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• A relationship-builder who quickly earns trust and approaches sales with empathy and inquisitiveness.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge with the capability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
• You thrive in dynamic start-up environments and are motivated by making an impact—you aim to help develop the playbook rather than simply adhere to one.
