This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Take charge of and oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and customers by understanding their needs and showcasing how our products can address real challenges.
β’ Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborating with sales engineers and product specialists to illustrate tangible benefits.
β’ Keep abreast of product updates and industry developments to inform customers and guide discussions around GenAI adoption.
β’ Establish lasting customer relationships and facilitate post-sale success in collaboration with our deployment and support teams.
β’ Negotiate pricing and deal terms while working with legal to revise contracts.
β’ Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape the future roadmap and enhance the user experience.
β’ Contribute to the definition and refinement of our sales playbook; your insights will help shape our market entry strategies.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in selling complex software to enterprise clients.
β’ A relationship builder who quickly earns trust and approaches sales with empathy and inquisitiveness.
β’ Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
β’ Technical proficiency that enables establishing credibility with technical decision-makers.
β’ You excel in dynamic startup environments and are motivated by impact; you aim to help evolve the playbook rather than just adhere to it.
