This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Promote the Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level clients.
• Achieve personal sales targets and objectives.
• Manage your portfolio of clients, which involves comprehending and documenting the purchasing criteria and procedures, identifying the suitable approach and trends, ensuring pipeline accuracy based on data, and guiding leads to closure.
• Provide leadership and guidance during the pre-sales and post-sales phases and assist in analyzing successes and failures.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary (30% - 50%).
• A genuine passion for ensuring customers gain value from their investment in Kong.
• Proven experience in selling enterprise software; familiarity with open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is a significant advantage.
• Capability to utilize established connections and effective sales strategies for achieving success.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, driven, and focused on results.
• Experience in a rapidly evolving scale-up environment is essential.
