This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with major financial institutions (such as wealth management firms, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance companies).
• Conduct discovery calls, demonstrations, and collaborative solution design sessions for potential clients.
• Guide consultative sales processes to thoroughly comprehend the pain points, priorities, and purchasing processes of financial institutions.
• Create, negotiate, and finalize high-value SaaS agreements involving multiple stakeholders.
• Establish connections with executive, technical, and business stakeholders on the client side.
• Work collaboratively with product, customer success, and marketing teams to provide value throughout the client journey.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Keep informed about industry trends, client challenges, and the competitive landscape.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a related field, with a proven record of surpassing quotas.
• Demonstrated success in selling to large financial institutions (including RIAs, BDs, banks, or insurance firms).
• Extensive experience in consultative, solution-oriented selling and managing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong understanding of workflows, purchasing processes, and compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities (both verbal and written).
• Capability to navigate complex and prolonged sales cycles while building trust at the senior level.
• High level of ownership, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
