This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and target potential clients via various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Perform detailed needs analysis and discovery sessions with prospective clients to comprehend their challenges and business objectives.
• Customize software solution presentations and demonstrations to meet their specific needs with a customer-focused and value-oriented approach.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mutual understanding.
• Keep an accurate record of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Utilize sales dashboards to identify where to concentrate your efforts and activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success, to synchronize strategies and guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong preference for experience selling to hotels.
• Over 5 years of experience in software sales, ideally within the enterprise segment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
