• Prospect within a diverse array of accounts to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy centered on a targeted account list.
• Establish and nurture relationships with accounts through tailored engagement, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to effectively convey the value of Flexera’s solutions.
• Spearhead sales campaigns and initiatives that enhance customer value and facilitate multi-year, multi-solution agreements.
• Accurately predict opportunities based on practical assessments and consistently meet or exceed those forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize sales.
• Collaborate with channel and alliance partners on shared opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships within designated accounts as necessary.
• Proven experience in selling software solutions (including Cloud, cloud cost management, IT service management, IT asset management/software asset management, data security, risk management software, and application resource management).
• Familiarity with a defined sales methodology (such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) for identifying business needs and pain points.
• Successful track record in identifying and developing opportunities with both new and existing accounts through innovative prospecting tactics and hunting strategies.
• Complete ownership of the entire sales process (this role is not an overlay position).
• Strong reputation for consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Consultative sales experience aimed at relevant companies to promote cost savings and operational efficiencies within their IT departments.
• Highly driven and professional, with exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
