This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serve as a change agent and educator; you’re more than just a salesperson.
• Grasp the essence of what Expel offers and how it addresses your customer's business challenges.
• Introduce Expel to clients who trust you and communicate our offerings. Identify where we can add value and onboard them to collaborate effectively.
• Interact with potential new customers. Start to establish a personal connection as you share insights about Expel. If Expel aligns with their needs, convert them from prospects to clients.
• Share your findings as you navigate the market. Assist us in comprehending how Expel fits in, what gaps we have, areas for improvement, and ultimately, facilitate getting to “yes” before hitting “no.”
• Confidently manage the entire sales cycle with a strong technical aptitude; familiarity with MEDDPIC is advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for consultative, customer-centric sales grounded in transparency, honesty, and integrity.
• A thorough understanding of information security, including technologies, products, and services; direct experience with managed security is highly beneficial.
• Resilience—possess a clear vision of your direction and capabilities; setbacks or challenges do not hinder your progress.
• Empathy towards your clients and their challenges.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders regarding your offerings—while you don’t need to be an engineer, understanding your product is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a compelling alternative background.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in enterprise information security sales.
