This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and engage with Enterprise customers through outbound sales tactics, referrals, and incoming leads.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing, which includes lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract execution for Enterprise clients.
• Propel Envoy Global’s strategic expansion by enhancing brand visibility and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise organizations.
• Comprehend customer needs and challenges, positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as vital components of their talent strategy.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and revenue objectives, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to improve the customer experience and refine sales strategies for Enterprise clientele.
• Maintain precise sales records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular updates on progress and forecasts.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes affecting Immigration and Mobility.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven history of closing deals within the Enterprise segment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment.
• Excellent consultative selling skills with the capability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in Enterprise organizations.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (such as Teams).
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote setting with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to meet with clients, prospects, and attend regional events in person.
