Enterprise Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout Germany, concentrating on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities, to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.

• Discover new business prospects where ElevenLabs' conversational AI solutions, including ElevenAgents, can enhance customer engagement, automate contact centers, and improve operational efficiency.

• Direct consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, creating persuasive business cases that convert AI voice technology into quantifiable business benefits for senior executives and economic decision-makers.

• Cultivate and retain a thorough understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer applications, competitive offerings, and emerging trends, especially as they relate to regulated industries in Germany.

• Exhibit expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can generate value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistance.

• Formulate and implement account strategies to enhance ElevenLabs' presence within significant enterprise sectors, maneuvering through intricate procurement and organizational frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to guarantee seamless onboarding, deployment, and growth of accounts.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, informing C-suite and senior operations executives about emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, preferably with familiarity in AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.

• Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing lengthy, intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement domains.

• Well-connected within the German enterprise ecosystem, with an established network of senior contacts and a strong executive presence that enables relationship-building at the C-suite and board levels.

• Experience in selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; capable of translating complex technologies into business value.

• Profound understanding of enterprise procurement and legal procedures in Germany, with the ability to expedite deal velocity within complex organizational structures.

• Comfort in operating within an early-stage, high-growth environment, including the development of new playbooks and rapid iteration.

• A passion for voice and audio AI and its potential to deliver transformative value for customers.

• A blend of customer-centric and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.

• Native or full professional proficiency in German, with strong English skills for internal collaboration.
