This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Optimize client retention rates for enterprise key accounts by effectively managing their assigned book of business to ensure profitability, while enhancing overall client satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic planning.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants, gaining insight into their business objectives and key initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance value for all stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of new business for enterprise or large employer accounts, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end delivery for these clients. Identify the necessary tools and resources to execute the implementation strategy, alongside planning for future enhancements.
• Collaborate with brokers and employer groups to ensure smooth onboarding and recommend process improvements for administration, continuity of care, and a differentiated client experience.
• Facilitate successful open enrollment meetings to maximize membership, streamline employer group onboarding, and boost member engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and broker escalations, resolving employer group and member issues effectively.
• Initiate and lead ongoing process improvement efforts across the organization by establishing feedback loops (both internal and external) aimed at enhancing client and member experiences.
• Attend Client and Broker meetings to strengthen relationships and surpass client expectations regarding service and delivery.
• Work with employer groups and brokers to ensure the completion of baseline visits and maximize Curative offerings, demonstrating an understanding of population health drivers and trends to align with Curative-based solutions for continuous value delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions, proposals, and strategic initiatives to attract new Curative clients.
• Contribute to revenue growth through contract negotiations, successful renewals, pricing strategies, and effective account management practices.
• Gather actionable insights from customers and collaborate with product teams to shape new offerings and enhance valuable reporting for employer groups.
• Serve as a liaison to Curative leadership regarding industry and market demands to influence product and technology development, while driving organizational process improvements. Act as a thought leader open to change to enhance the organization and fulfill our mission.
• Over 10 years of relevant management experience in Health Plan Operations, preferably in employer group health coverage.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Account Management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Prior experience managing large, complex, or national clients with 1,000+ employees.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including business practices, trends, and developments.
• Experience interacting at all organizational levels, including clients, brokers, consultants, and other external partners as required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
• Skilled in planning, influencing, leading change, operating in challenging environments, and multitasking.
• This is a remote position that requires frequent travel.
• Proficient in using Google Suites.
