This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for designated verticals or territories, focusing on enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to drive partner selling initiatives across mid-market and enterprise sectors.
• Work alongside internal delivery teams to develop compelling project scopes, proposals, and pricing that align with client requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain a thorough understanding of a client's challenges, objectives, and technical landscape.
• Create persuasive proposals and presentations customized to each client's business case and technical specifications.
• Provide accurate forecasts of opportunities and pipeline by maintaining CRM hygiene and conducting regular deal reviews.
• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals through consultative and value-driven selling practices.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, with experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ways Salesforce products can deliver value to complex organizations.
• Experience in selling service engagements valued between $100K and $1M+.
• Highly organized and self-driven, possessing excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment with a strong focus on accountability and outcomes.
