This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy tailored to the designated market segment.
• Gain insights into the prospect’s business through effective discovery and qualification techniques.
• Present the Built value proposition in a manner that is clear and persuasive to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited experience with software.
• Assess prospects and develop business cases (such as ROI and workflow illustrations) to facilitate adoption.
• Advance opportunities across various types and sizes of companies in the construction sector (including commercial developers, investors, contractors) to finalize software agreements.
• Collaborate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to guarantee an exceptional client experience and to continually enhance processes and products.
• Quickly acquire knowledge of the market, decision-makers, our products, and the associated value propositions, consistently achieving or surpassing established quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach.
• Experience in enterprise software sales, especially within slow-to-adopt or complex verticals.
• Familiarity with or experience in the finance or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Proven knowledge/experience in back-office operations.
• Established track record of surpassing revenue objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Unwavering integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
• Must reside in Phoenix, AZ, and be willing to travel frequently within the region and nationally as required (up to 50%).
