• ▪ Identify, cultivate, and finalize new enterprise accounts throughout the United Kingdom, targeting organizations with intricate security needs.
• ▪ Manage the entire sales process — from initial outreach and discovery to commercial negotiation and contract finalization.
• ▪ Promote land-and-expand strategies by recognizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts, increasing average contract value over time.
• ▪ Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, IT Directors, and procurement leaders at major enterprise organizations.
• ▪ Travel regularly to meet clients and prospects in person (approximately once per month), fostering enduring relationships based on trust and comprehensive business insight.
• ▪ Create and implement targeted account plans for strategic prospects and significant existing customers.
• ▪ Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to present compelling proposals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• ▪ Accurately project pipeline and revenue using CRM tools, maintaining strict deal hygiene throughout the sales cycle.
• ▪ Keep abreast of the cybersecurity landscape, threat trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position BreachLock's value proposition with credibility and authority.
• ▪ Represent BreachLock at industry events, conferences, and client briefings across the UK and broader region.
• **What We Are Looking For**
• ▪ Over 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing quotas in a new business or hunter role.
• ▪ Experience in selling to large enterprise accounts (FTSE 350 or equivalent) within multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles of 3–12 months.
• ▪ Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market — knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability management, red teaming, or related security services is highly advantageous.
• ▪ A hunter mentality: you thrive on building pipeline, demonstrate resilience when faced with rejection, and take genuine pride in discovering and securing new business.
• ▪ Able to engage confidently and credibly with senior security and technology leaders — capable of holding strategic conversations and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• ▪ Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• ▪ Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing contract negotiations and collaborating with legal and procurement teams.
• ▪ Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement tools.
• ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you are persuasive, clear, and concise.
• ▪ Self-motivated with the discipline and drive to excel in a remote-first environment.
• **Nice to Have**
• ▪ Previous experience in selling penetration testing, managed security services, or security SaaS solutions.
• ▪ Established network of CISO-level connections in the UK enterprise market.
• ▪ Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or DORA.
• ▪ Experience in a high-growth, scaling environment.
• Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure — your earnings increase with your success.
• Monthly travel budget to foster face-to-face relationships with clients and prospects.
• Opportunity to sell a truly differentiated product in a rapidly growing market where cybersecurity is a top priority for boardrooms.
• A collaborative, high-performance team culture that emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and ongoing learning.
• Clear pathways for career advancement into senior AE, enterprise team lead, or regional leadership positions.
