This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and targeted account strategies.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers at banks, credit unions, fintech companies, and lending organizations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations at the executive level.
• Create account strategies that align customer needs with Bounce's offerings.
• Navigate intricate sales processes that involve Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting financial institutions.
• Represent Bounce at conferences, industry gatherings, and customer engagements.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• Proven success in selling software, technology, or services to banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
• Established history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Capacity to build credibility and influence senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong business acumen and consultative sales skills.
• Naturally inquisitive with the ability to swiftly learn new products, industries, and customer challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, and contemporary sales technology tools.
• Self-driven with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Experience selling in collections, debt recovery, lending, credit servicing, or related financial services sectors.
• Established relationships within banks, credit unions, fintechs, or lending organizations.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth fintech setting.
• Familiarity with AI-driven software, workflow automation, or operational technology solutions.
