This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel sales expansion by identifying and securing business within our Strategic Accounts Segment.
• Explore your assigned territory to identify the needs for Birdeye services.
• Collaborate with your SDR counterpart as they create opportunities for you to sell in your designated territory.
• Oversee sales cycles involving multiple CXO decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop tailored presentations and demonstrations of our product for potential clients.
• Execute effective Proof of Concept campaigns to convincingly showcase Birdeye’s value proposition.
• Track and report on sales activities and metrics within our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance product quality and onboarding processes.
• Manage your sales pipeline and activities, perform prospect research, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; ongoing training and education are preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years in quota-carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor, ideally focusing on CX and Social SaaS.
• Previous experience in selling Enterprise SaaS to the CMO Suite.
• A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate and close sales pipelines in specified geographic territories.
• Experience selling to CMOs, CXOs, digital marketers, or heads of social media.
