• Build and oversee a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities throughout the North America region.
• Create new business opportunities by executing multichannel outbound campaigns.
• Formulate a territory strategy that includes target accounts and pipeline generation tactics.
• Conduct research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, and cultivate relationships to promote opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings and events, including conferences and roadshows, approximately every other month.
• Serve as a customer advocate and liaison with Akuity’s engineering team for feature requests.
• Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to accurately qualify, advance, and forecast opportunities.
• Align technical requirements with business outcomes and effectively communicate ROI.
• Oversee all activities and pipeline management in HubSpot.
• At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales position.
• Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Strong technical orientation with an ability to comprehend DevOps, Kubernetes, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
• Excellent communicator with outstanding listening, presentation, and writing skills.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Experience in educating customers about product features, best practices, and strategies for adoption.
• Familiarity with Argo CD and/or open-source enterprise sales.
• Proven experience selling from the bottom up in engineering organizations.
• Quarterly travel opportunities.
