• Take charge of the long-term success and commercial development of a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Create and implement customized account success strategies.
• Proactively seek out growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance enterprise growth initiatives.
• Lead impactful client interactions, including executive business reviews.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the entire client lifecycle.
• Navigate intricate and regulated environments with assurance.
• Ensure smooth execution by working in tandem with delivery and execution teams.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams.
• Serve as an internal champion for enterprise clients.
• Share valuable insights and lessons learned across different teams.
• Maintain a visible and credible presence with senior client stakeholders.
• Conduct complex client discussions with clarity and confidence.
• Exemplify accountability, preparation, and follow-through.
• Remain well-informed about trends in social, influencer marketing, and regulated sectors.
• Collect and consolidate client feedback and market intelligence.
• Represent Later at industry events on an external basis.
• Over 6 years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
• Established experience with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing.
• Proven success in navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• History of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong operational discipline and effective time management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to nurture key client relationships.
