• We are in search of a dynamic Enterprise Account Director to spearhead new business development in the EMEA region.
• This position is vital for HICX’s growth and is ideal for a strategic, consultative salesperson who thrives in intricate enterprise SaaS environments.
• In the role of Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for the entire sales process — from prospecting and generating a pipeline to orchestrating multiple stakeholders and finalizing significant, high-value SaaS agreements.
• You will collaborate closely with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless and top-notch customer experience.

• Manage the complete enterprise sales process for new business initiatives.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of HICX’s platform, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
• Develop, maintain, and convert a robust pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Conduct thorough prospecting and collaborate closely with BDRs to create qualified opportunities.
• Navigate complex enterprise purchasing processes involving various technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and business cases in partnership with Solution Consulting.
• Oversee deal orchestration, including scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline integrity, and CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and field initiatives to expedite pipeline development.
• Provide valuable customer and market insights to Product and GTM leadership to guide strategy.
• Represent HICX with professionalism, expertise, and a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
