This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and achieve expansion ARR quotas and renewal results within Enterprise and Government accounts.
• Create and implement strategic, multi-year account plans aimed at maximizing long-term value growth.
• Lead comprehensive discovery efforts involving executives, users, procurement, security, and technical stakeholders.
• Navigate the regulatory, compliance, and procurement frameworks relevant to Enterprise and Government clients.
• Manage intricate expansion negotiations, achieving higher average selling prices and longer sales cycles.
• Oversee and implement the Meddpicc sales process across an assignment book focused on Enterprise clients.
• Actively monitor renewal risks and pricing strategies to safeguard NRR performance.
• Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy and rigorous commercial inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the expansion strategy with delivery capacity and the portfolio roadmap.
• Foster a team-oriented approach and elevate standards in account planning.
• Typical experience: Over 10 years in a relevant role or field.
• Actual experience may vary based on role complexity, geographic location, and internal growth opportunities or a suitable combination of training, education, and experience.
• Extensive experience in managing portfolios of Enterprise or Government accounts.
• Proven capability to drive complex expansion and renewal results.
• Strong executive presence paired with strategic negotiation skills.
• Experience with procurement and regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client and internal engagements.
• A university degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing multi-year strategic account plans.
• Background in regulated industries or public sector environments is advantageous.
• Advanced training in structured account planning methodologies is beneficial.
