This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with patients who have shown interest in care, providing insights into Isaac Health’s services and offerings.
• Organize cognitive health screening initiatives.
• Collect medical histories from patients or their caregivers.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Support patients with technology-related inquiries and other questions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with patients, the medical team, and internal staff.
• A high degree of professionalism in communication, along with patience and a caring demeanor towards patients and their families.
• Proven experience in a call center environment, managing high volumes of outbound and/or inbound calls.
• Prior experience in telehealth is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Medicare and insurance concepts.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient documentation, typing skills, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and complete documentation concurrently during outbound calls.
• Strong overall tech-savviness and a quick aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite.
• Experience working with the elderly population.
• Excellent organizational and management capabilities; highly systematic in tracking complex information flows.
• A strong ability to quickly understand and adhere to established workflows and mandatory scripting requirements.
• Comfort and proficiency in a remote office environment.
• Experience engaging with the elderly population with patience and empathy.
